In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

The amended Terms will take effect on the date published on the platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of ph385 after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
